​HAMPTON FOOD BASKET (HFB) CLOTHING DRIVE - The HFB Spring and Summer Clothing Drive started last Saturday. They are looking for clean, gently used clothing for the whole family as well as footwear and accessories. In addition to clothing, they are also looking for towels and bedding. 

ANNUAL CLEANUP OF ST. ALPHONSUS CEMETERY – A day of upkeep and cleaning for the cemetery is scheduled for Saturday, May 2nd, starting at 10:00 a.m., weather permitting. Many hands make light work! The more, the merrier and the job will be finished in no time.
If you have it, please bring a wheelbarrow, shovel and/or rake.  The objective of the day is to add some topsoil where required and pick up garbage, debris and broken branches.

BUCKLEY ENSEMBLE SPRING FUNDRAISER - Join them to celebrate “Spring in the Valley” on Sunday, May 3 @ 2:30 p.m. at St. Alphonsus Church (22 Church Street, Hampton). A free-will offering (suggested $10.00 - $20.00) will be collected; net proceeds for the Hampton Food Basket which is currently serving over 200 families in our area. See poster on bulletin board.

​​FINANCE COMMITTEE – The parish Finance Committee is looking for new members. If you are interested or have any questions, please contact Father Don or the parish office  for more information. The efficiency of this committee is integral to the overall well-being of the parish. 

​CEME​TERY NEWS

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED TO WORK ON CEMETERY COMMITTEE – The day to day operation of St. Alphonsus’ cemetery is run by volunteers. If you have some time available and would like to help, please contact either Phil Gallant (506) 832-4061, Marc Robichaud (506) 832-5608 or the office (506) 832-3327.

MONTHLY MASS WITH PRAYERS FOR HEALING – The Monthly Mass with Prayers for Healing takes place on the third Thursday of every month (new day) at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception. The date for the next Mass with Prayers for Healing is Thursday, April 16th at 7:00 p.m. (new time). This is open to all who would like to receive prayer for any illness be it physical, emotional and spiritual. The Sacrament of Reconciliation and Prayer Ministry will be available.
